All orders may take up to 1-3 business days to process the orders before being shipped.

ONTARIO WIDE SHIPPING:

- Free shipping for standard delivery across Ontario on orders $100 or more before taxes.

- Standard delivery times across Ontario is 3-7 business days.

CANADA WIDE SHIPPING:

- $20 Flat rate shipping for standard delivery across Canada

- Free shipping for standard delivery across Canada on orders $200 or more before taxes.

- Standard delivery times across Canada is 5-13 business days.

ADDITIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION:

All shipping charges are non-refundable. 

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping and may choose the courier of choice. We always recommend adding tracking and insurance to cover the cost of lost and damaged item(s) during shipping. Customers will be responsible for any delays and missing item(s). 

No shipping to PO Boxes or commercial addresses. All shipping addresses must be a valid residential address in Canada.

Although you may receive an Order Number, orders are not fully processed until we can validate your credit card and address information. This process may delay your shipment, and could result in your order being cancelled. If we are unable to accept your order, you will receive a Cancel Confirmation email message.

Please Note: Many of our products have to be carefully folded multiple times to be securely packed for shipping. Please be prepared to unfold, steam or iron to bring to original form.
