RETURN & EXCHANGES POLICY FOR ONLINE PURCHASES ONLY 

RETURNS BY MAIL

1. We gladly offer returns for online purchases in exchange for store credit, that can be used online and in-store. 

Item(s) being returned must meet the following criteria in order to be considered: 

  • Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of purchase date.
  • Item(s) must be accompanied by an original receipt.
  • Item(s) must have all original tags attached.
  • Item(s) must be in original packaging.
  • Item(s) must not be washed, worn or damaged.

2. We are unable to accept returns for face masks, undergarments (boxers, briefs, undershirts, tank tops), socks and swimwear. These are all final sale.

3. All “Final Sale” or "Clearance" items, or items listed at 70% off or more, or in SALE or CLEARANCE section cannot be returned or exchanged and are final sale.

4. We do not offer any warranties on buttons, zippers, fabrics, and materials on any item(s). Please inspect item(s) before use and follow instructions on care label to extend the lifetime of item(s).

5. Items with sequins, rhinestones, and sparkles do tend to come off while using and should not be considered a defect. Please avoid purchasing these item(s), if this is a concern. 

6. All returns subject to approval must meet the requirements outlined in our return policy listed on our website. We reserve the right to deny a return if it does not meet the conditions of our return policy.

7. We do not offer refunds for online purchases.

3. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping and may choose the courier of choice. We always recommend adding tracking and insurance to cover the cost of lost and damaged item(s) during shipping. Customers will be responsible for any delays and missing item(s).

All shipping charges are non-refundable. 

5. Once approved, your store credit can take up to 2-5 business days to reflect on your Jason Jackson online account. You will receive a confirmation email once this is completed.

  • Item(s) must be accompanied by an original receipt.

    2. We are unable to accept returns for underwear, under shirts, thermal underwear and socks. These are all final sale. 

    3. All clearance items are final sale.
